Since 2020 Arts Centers and theaters have been closing down permanently across the nation. The Manchester Arts Center and Millennium Repertory Company lost tens of thousands that year and the years that followed. The MAC does not receive money from the City of Manchester. We survive solely on the donations of our patrons. We are asking for your help to keep our doors open and to keep our programs going. Without support, in a matter of months, we will not be able to continue serving our community. The arts are a vital part of Manchester’s community and tradition that we can’t afford to lose.
So here’s how you can help. We are hosting a Save the MAC event September 6th 4-7pm. Join us to take a behind the scenes tour of the facility, learn about the programs and people who fill the space at the MAC, and help us raise funds to keep the doors open and the lights on. No donation is too small (or too large) to help keep the arts alive in Manchester.
You don't need a ticket to attend, and you can just stop in any time during the event. Tours and performances will begin every 30 minutes.
