Imagine having a dream and another strong, successful, female leader supports, encourages and even offers to help you make that dream a reality, what a testament to the strength and power women have when they rise together. When I told the incredible female instructor, Andee Reardon of my dream to bring women together for a weekend getaway right here in NH, she not only supported it, she championed it and got involved. Havjng hosted her women’s retreats for years, I knew she was the perfect person to ask for advice but she didn’t just give advice, she gave true encouragement and support. With her inspiration and support—it’s happening this fall! But we’re not calling this a retreat! Because we don’t retreat! Let’s call it an Iron Rose Rise TogetherWe have a tentative schedule and have built a committee to finalize details. I’ve reached out to amazing female leaders and instructors, including Andee Reardon of East Coast School of Safety, Kate Giddins of Joan of Arms, instructors from Women’s Defense League, and our Iron Rose and Manchester Firing Line teams.
There will be classes for all levels, indoor/outdoor ranges, workshops, and a banquet with shopping, raffles, and recognition. It’s going to be a weekend of connection and growth. Bring your friends!
