Free camping at Camp Kingsley is available for any Eagles or their guests traveling to Rome, NY from out of town. New this year, the first-annual Robert Carpenter Mentor Award, recognizing a special individual who has mentored numerous Scouts over the years to achieve BSA's highest rank.
