This SAVASANA SUNDAYS series is a mix of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Embodiment, Somatic Yoga, Therapeutic movement, Access bars, Foot reflex, Cacao, Microdosing en Massage. The practice provide a state of deep rest, pure consciousness and healthy body.
