π§ Ice Tub Cold Plunges β Boost your energy and focus with an empowering cold plunge and gentle breath coaching to guide you through the cold plunge with confidence.
π§ββοΈ Yoga (1-2 PM) β Flow with Charlie from Bohemian Balance, set to a soundscape by DJ Jose Ray. Bring a yoga mat!
π¨ Somatic Breathwork (3 PM & 4 PM) β Reset your mind and body in these 20-minute sessions led by Jayme Montone. Bring a yoga mat!
πΆ All-Day DJ β Curated by DJ Jose Ray to keep the energy flowing.
β¨ Sound Bowls β Calming sound bowls to help you relax into the cold plunges.

Tickets: Pre-Sale $20 per person ($25 day-of-tickets)
Includes access to the ice tubs, cold-exposure breath coaching, a yoga class, one breathwork session, one mocktail, and entry into a wellness centered raffle.

*This is an alcohol and substance-free event. For your safety, participation in the cold plunges, yoga, or breathwork is not permitted after consuming alcohol or substances, as they can impair the body, mind, and breath during.
*Participation in cold exposure, yoga, and breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. These include heart or cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, and respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Other considerations include circulatory disorders like Raynaud's disease or peripheral vascular disease, neurological disorders such as epilepsy or a history of seizures, and pregnancy. Additionally, recent surgeries, injuries, or conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion or extreme cold should be taken into account. Severe anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions that may be triggered by breathwork or cold exposure are also factors to consider.
