*This is an alcohol and substance-free event. For your safety, participation in the cold plunges, yoga, or breathwork is not permitted after consuming alcohol or substances, as they can impair the body, mind, and breath.

*Participation in cold exposure, yoga, and breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. These include heart or cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, and respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Other considerations include circulatory disorders like Raynaud's disease or peripheral vascular disease, neurological disorders such as epilepsy or a history of seizures, and pregnancy. Additionally, recent surgeries, injuries, or conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion or extreme cold should be taken into account. Severe anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions that may be triggered by breathwork or cold exposure are also factors to consider.
