Welcome to SAVAGE SUNDAY October Strength and Power Series!
This is a 4 class progressive strength and power series designed to build a strong foundation and progressively increase athletic performance. Each class held every Sunday in October, builds upon the previous class, focusing on key principles of human movement and performance.
What to expect:
*Foundational exercises; squats, deads, presses, paired with explosive movements swings, box jumps, in a timed circuit style atmosphere.
*Whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned pro, there's a place for you in our strength and power class. Come as you are, and leave stronger than you came!
