About this Event
Guided by Jamie Waldron of JWaldron Butchers, you'll explore seasoning blends, grinding techniques, and the step-by-step process of creating delicious sausages from scratch.
Together, we’ll mix, stuff, and shape your own sausages while learning tips for food safety, flavour balance, and cooking methods. Whether you’re a curious beginner, an enthusiastic home cook, or simply love good food, this workshop promises plenty of learning, laughter, and taste-testing along the way. Each person will leave with 2-3 pounds of sausage.
Leave with new skills, recipes to try at home, and a bundle of your very own handmade sausages to enjoy.
