This class will help lead you in the right direction to start producing your own homemade sausage. Each guest will receive 3 beer vouchers from the bar, snacks, and a bbq feast. We'll cover what equipment is required, what meat to source, proper fat ratios, salt, and seasonig ratios. We will grind, case, and link the sausage from start to finish.
