Hot February Sunday: Saunagus
Saunagus is how Danes call a sauna ceremony. And a sauna ceremony is a fun way to warm up in the upcoming cold days.
When?
8 February at 11.40 (we start the saunagus at 12.00 sharp and we need to change into our swimming clothes).
How long does the saunagus last?
In total, we will be in the wellness area for about 75 minutes + time for changing clothes.

What should you expect?
The gusmaster prepares different essential oils, and we do three rounds of sauna of about 10 minutes each. Between the rounds, the brave ones can take a plunge into the cold pool or simply wait for the next round. After the three rounds we will have some extra time to enjoy the wellness area at Surf Agency, so if 3 rounds of sauna were not enough, you can go for another one. And of course, expect some nice and chill conversations with fellow colleagues.
What should you bring?
It is mandatory to bring your own towel (it is recommended to bring two, you will understand later) and your swimsuit. You can also bring a bottle of water (non glass) and flip flops.
What can't you bring?
Drinks (other than water) and food. The place will provide us with fresh water and juice.
What if it rains?
Luckily, saunas are booths with walls and a roof, so it should not rain inside the sauna. Surf Agency holds their events under any weather because when it is colder, the sauna just feels better.
