Come join us for a gentle stretching session with sound bath at Embody Day Spa! This class is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. We will focus on gentle movements to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness with breathwork, followed by a sound bath. Take this time to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with your body. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle. See you there!
