Our next event is coming up on Sunday, November 17, 5:30 – 9:00P at MidCity Kitchen. Entry is $40 in advance and will sell out at 65 people. No worries if you can't make the entire timeframe—even 2-3 hrs is a great window to show up and join in community. Saunas will be going, and cold immersion will be available via onsite sauna showers and buckets. Orion Caliph of Integrative Arts will be guiding two 25-minute sessions focused on sound bowl meditation.
This will be our first event at MidCity Kitchen in St. Paul and we're so excited! Founder Sam West describes it as a welcoming space where food, community, and creativity come together, offering shared use commercial kitchen, event, and coworking space for entrepreneurs, chefs, creatives, and artists.
Our event will be indoors for the community circle and sound bath, and outdoors for the sauna experience by Nick Tamble with SaunIce, who’ll have two saunas onsite. All beverages served in our space will be substance-free.
Natalie Lang will be heading up the nourishing eats; Jen Veralle (formerly Gilhoi), Zero Proof Collective will be pouring the refreshing NA beverages including Sauna Water, and Vince LaPelusa will be steeping and serving Fresh Steeps all event long!
