On January 5th, we will host a workshop featuring Marta, a Guinness World Record holder 🏆, and Agnieszka, a multiple world championship participant 🌍. They will lead a unique seminar on ocean swimming 🌊 and sauna practices. During this event, they will share their techniques, strategies, training programs, experiences, and valuable insights contributing to their success in this extraordinary sport.Limited spots are available, so reserve your place in advance.
The participation fee is 4,000 ISK per person. This contribution will support Marta and Agnieszka in their quest to compete in the world championship in Italy, where they will represent Poland and Iceland. The travel sauna will wrap us in warmth and provide delightful hot drinks!☕
Scheduled sessions are as follows:
- Session 14:30 - 15:30 (8 spots avalaible).
