Step into our tranquil space and release your worries as you immerse yourself in the power of Nordic rituals, moving from hot to cold to rest. We will lead you through a series of rituals and meditations to help calm your mind and restore balance to your nervous system.
This event is a safe and welcoming space for women to come together, share experiences, and support each other through our evolving relationship with stress and anxiety.
Alix will focus on 'better stress' involves looking into the neuro-science behind stress and how we can change the negative narrative to increase distress tolerance and make stress work in our favour.
