Hannah Goodger is a UK-based Aufguss master and sauna practitioner, trained through Anada Spa & Wellness. She has represented the UK at international sauna festivals in Romania and is passionate about helping sauna culture grow here in the UK. Through her work, she hopes to introduce more people to the magic of sauna rituals and inspire them to fall in love with the heat, the practice, and the community, just as she did over a year ago.
