Imagine stepping into the soothing heat of a beachside sauna, relaxing your body and warming your bones, sharing heartfelt conversation with like-minded women and taking cleansing dips in the healing sea.

This event at The Saltwater Sauna on Sandbanks Beach in Poole offers a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, form genuine connections and speak openly about healthy dating and relating, with the support of a trusted relationship coach.

Please bring an open heart and a willingness to connect, along with your swimming costume, water, a towel to dry yourself with, a towel to sit on in the sauna and a hot drink for afterwards.

🗓 When & Where

Monday 17th November | 5:30 pm - 7 pm (The sauna is ours between 5:45 and 6:50 pm - the additional time is for meeting and greeting, changing and conversation)

The Saltwater Sauna, Sandbanks Beach, BH13 7PP (parking is available in the large car park nearby)

We’ll meet at 5:30 pm, gather for a briefing, change and begin our sauna session at 5:45 pm. Between the warmth of the sauna and the invigorating sea, I’ll gently guide a sharing circle where you can reflect on the topic of healthy relationships

Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please email me on [email protected] to let me know.

If you can't find a replacement and I have a waiting list, I'd be happy to share your ticket with my list. However, if we cannot fill your space, please note that I'm unable to offer refunds or transfers to future sauna dates. Thank you for your understanding.
