Come hang with us this **Saturday (11/15)** at **Ross Park** in Norton Shores.This is a **shared social sauna** — a style that’s super common in places like Finland and rapidly spreading across the U.S., even though it still feels “new” to a lot of folks here. We usually have about **6 people per sauna**, and the vibe ends up being surprisingly natural: some people chat and share stories, others just close their eyes and melt into the heat. Nobody’s trying to network or impress anyone. It’s just people being human around warmth and water. And honestly? It’s kind of the best.
We’ll have **two wood-fired saunas** 🔥 warming on the beach, and **Mona Lake** will be sitting in the **low–mid 40s** ❄️ — the perfect “refresh/reset” lake between rounds.
The flow is simple:
**Sauna → Lake → Sauna → Repeat**
Warm up 🔥 cool down ❄️ breathe deeper 🌬️ and let your **body, mind, and mood** recalibrate a bit. New to this? Heck yeah! We’re here to help you have an enjoyable experience and ease in at your own pace!
