Welcome to Growing Pontiac's Fermentation Club, Sauer Sundays! Once a month we will be gathering at the 40 W Studio Space to offer equipment, support, tunes and guidance while you craft your own funky ferments. Check out our recipes and feel free to bring your own!September's theme is cider! We will be pressing fresh cider and grinding apples together. We will have recipes and procedures for fermenting your jar of cider and talk about how to make high quality, raw apple cider vinegar at home with a $10 piece of aquarium equipment.
*Jars and fermenting supplies like airlocks may be available for sale at cost in the studio
