About this Event
The French called them "Mother Sauces" in the 1800's. This group of sauces is used to build a variety of other sauces such as Mornay, Supreme, Boldeilaise and Chateubriand.
Learn basic sauce making skills to use in your own cooking and enjoy a chicken dish while tasting the sauces you will learn. You will also learn a new winter salad recipe and quick mocha chocolate cake made in a mug!
Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.
The majority of our classes are demonstration style. Look for HANDS-ON in the class title and description if you’re looking for a more interactive experience.
