“Satya” — Sanskrit for truthfulness — is one of the five Yamas from the Yoga Sutras, guiding us to live and speak with honesty, compassion, and integrity. 🌿 In this unique offering, we explore Satya not through postures, but through presence, connection, and authentic dialogue. 🌀
Satya Flow is a 90-minute experience designed to gently open both body and heart. ❤️🔥 We begin with a light, intuitive yoga flow (20 minutes) to awaken the body and ground our energy. 🧘🏽♀️🌍 This is followed by a calming sound healing (10 minutes) to soften the mind and invite inner stillness. 🔔✨
Then, we gather in circle. 🔥
With 1–3 thoughtfully curated prompts rooted in spiritual and mental exploration, the space opens for an hour of conscious conversation. 💬💭 This is not a space for advice-giving or problem-solving — it is a space for sharing truths, easy or hard, and for being witnessed in authenticity. 🫶🏽
