Join us for Saturday Vinyasa Yoga at 11 am at The Karma House. Class is level-1 friendly, heavy focus on the breath, modifications will be given to access poses at all levels to make the practice your own.Katelyn is an intuitive mover, empath, dancer, yogi. She trusts in the power yoga has to regulate our sensory systems and align our mind, body, and spiritual connection. She teaches from an intuitive space and strive to provide a safe(r) space for people to explore movement freely on their mats. Katelyn configures ways to explore yogic philosophy and dharma physically in our bodies through vinyasa flows. Katelyn firmly believes that Yoga is for all-bodies, all-people, and all-levels.
What to Bring? Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, props, Some mats will be provided. Class is donation based.
