We are so excited to bring our good friend and fellow latin dance enthusiast to our studio! Lisa Clovis is a veteran yoga instructor with a background in gymnastics and other forms of dance, combine that with over 30 years of yoga practice and teaching it and other fitness platforms for over 15 years, her classes will leave you feeling strong, flexible and nourished in mind, body and spirit. Her inclusive approach and interdisciplinary style will challenge you as a dancer and help you improve your art. Expect yoga flow, power poses to build strength, core work (Pilates), Barre-inspired conditioning, challenging balance work and deep stretches that will take your flexibility to a whole new level. LC focuses on safely navigating the body through yoga practice, so this class is for all yoga practitioners and dancers from beginning to advanced!Saturday 10AM-11AM
