Let's just stretch and relax!Yoga for Beginners is the most laid-back Yoga class you'll ever attend. No religious connotations here. IT'S. JUST. STRETCHING. We talk, we make jokes, and we stretch all the way out. The only goal of Yoga for Beginners is to leave the class feeling mentally and physically better than when you walked in. It's a slower paced class where we're learning the poses, proper form, and just trying to get that tiny bit of relaxation we need.
