4 pre-registered yoga classes. Held on Sept. 6, 13, 20 and Oct 4. (no class Sept. 27). Bring your mat, wattle bottle and basic props (blanket, blocks and/or bolster). Pre-register to secure you spot. Investment is $60.00. Payment can be made by e transfer. Join me and your local yoga community for 55 minute slow flow. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis with many modifications offered.
