Saturday yoga classEnjoy a practice in Kundalini yoga, meditation and breathwork that will leave you feeling relaxed, energised and inspired.
Held on the first Saturday each month in the beautiful Barefoot Studio at Aleafia Wellness Centre in Barnstaple
Cost - £12
Yoga mats are provided, although you may prefer to bring your own, as well as a blanket and cushion for the relaxation.
Booking essential, so please reserve your place to confirm your participation before the class.
I really enjoy bringing this monthly class to you, start the month by energising your body and elevating your mind.
This complements all my other classes held in my personal studio in Barnstaple some weekday mornings and Thursday evenings.
