Preparing for labour & birth
- Understanding the different stages of labour
- How can you support your partner
Practical baby care
- Nappy changing, bathing and safe sleeping
- Feeding and comforting baby
- Understanding your baby’s needs
Workshops run once a month. It is best to participate when your partner is 30+ weeks pregnant.
