Saturday morning 10 Week Program is here for round 2 and the final one for 2025!Due to the end of the year poking its head around the corner, we are making this round 10 weeks just in time for summer ☀️

-8:00am - 8:45am
-Starting 18th of October with the final session held on the 20th of December.

This 45 minute workout will be different each week and designed to bring you fitness, mobility and enjoyment to your life. A lot of my attendees have noticed how much stronger they are getting without putting their bodies at risk. Momentum is about training for longevity and to ensure you put time aside to better YOURSELF!
