We are offering ONE SATURDAY MAT PILATES classes this month. This is called “Mat Pilates - with props!”This is followed by “full body weights” which is a combo of strength training with free-weights and body weight exercises. For all levels and abilities!
These are both amazing classes for all levels of experience and fitness. They are great for beginners who are just getting started on their Pilates journey or people who want to try something new!
