The Black Family Wellness Expo is a free community health and wellness event offering free workout classes, hands on cooking class, health screenings and resources.

PLUS FUN fun activities for all age groups! Come and bring the Whole Family!

Our Family Wellness Expo will have Free information screenings to support healthy living goals Such as: Dental care and Diabetes.

Petting Zoo, Hands on Cooking Class, Kids Cardio Class

9 AM - Hip Hop - HIIT Bootcamp

1 0AM - Neo Soul Yoga with Black Yogis of South Florida

11 AM- Eatwell exchange cooking classes

Enjoy a full day of physical activity, healthy eating and information to keep you healthy in 2024 and beyond!

The fun and info starts at 9am. Be sure to be comfortable, wear workout clothes, bring a yoga mat and an open mind and heart.
