Our Saturday Yoga on the Labyrinth class series has come to an end, but before we move inside for the season, let's have one more outdoor practice!End the summer with a grand practice at the Washington park band shell with Hannah Martinez.
This practice will be in honor of the upcoming music Festival, "SOUNDS LIKE SEPTEMBER FEST", which Hannah and her son are hosting at Washington Park Saturday September 6th from 2:30- 10pm. There will be 9 amazing local bands, open mic time, young adult and youth vendors, delicious food and drinks, and hair and body art. This is all for the youth and artistic community, any and all donations go directly into the support of our young artists and inspiring the community through expression and passion.
This Saturday Surprise class will include an awesome playlist curated just for you, a funky flow, and some awakening breathwork.
