Soundwell Boise is now presenting a Saturday Sound Bath on the 4th Saturday of every month at the convenient Chamber Room at Garden City Library and City Hall, 6015 N Glenwood. Regular musicians for the Saturday event are Christian and Kara Gillette of Blue Lotus Sound, Boise. Doors at 12:30 pm. and the event starts at 1 pm. Christian and Kara typically play crystal singing bowls, gongs, ambient guitar, tongue and pan drums, chimes, and more. The intent is to help you relax, release stress and tension, and access a state of enhanced wellness. Come be immersed in these peaceful meditative sounds! Bring a blanket or wrap, and a yoga mat and cushion if you wish to lie down. Chairs provided, or you may bring your own folding one. No children or infants please.
