I feel like everyone may need a chill after Christmas so this will be for a larger group of 4, come along a reset your nervous system.
The sound bath will run from 9-9:50am. Please arrive at 8:50am and wait quietly on the landing until I come to collect you. Bring a bottle of water with you and comfy clothes. No need for anything else.
