Hi folks,As most people know, I teach Salsa, but I love dancing to anything.
I remember the golden days of Penrith in the 70's,80's and 90's when there were over 40 pubs, 4 nightclubs and all were bouncing!
I want to try to create the same buzz by hosting an afternoon event in the Conservative Club function room.
The music format will be Motown, Northern Soul, Funk and Disco...something for everyone (of any age)!!
The music starts at 3.00pm and will hopefully create the kind of atmosphere that attracts anyone out for a good time and will continue until 7.00pm...afterwards you can always go out for a meal and be back home by 10pm or keep on partying until the early hours back in the locals.
The cost will be £10 per person cash or card.. (I'm afraid if you arrive at 6.45pm it will still be £10) so get there early, the music will be bouncing!!
No need to book, just turn up.
