That's what we're aiming for at the PH Slow Bar - a way to ease into the evening
On Saturdays in May, from 2-5pm, will be the slow start to adding 'slow bar' service in the Social Gallery space!
This means featuring a few select items offering each guest a full tour of the menu...in other words, it's an experience...which takes time...
The menu changes EVERY WEEK. Our own Holly Bastin will be easing us in with a menu of aeropress brewed coffee, some new teas that were planning to bring in, as well as featuring signature drinks.
Nothing crazy or super fancy - just playing with beans and leaves, rambling our way through the flavor rainbow!
Each tour take a little over an hour from start to finish and costs $12, charged after the experience
