This series is held over 6 Saturday mornings in October and November. Vinyasa yoga with options for added intensity to build strength, stamina, and cardio endurance while improving range of motion, flexibility, and focus. Moderately paced for those with basic yoga experience. Ideal for exploring playfulness of challenges, arm balances, and personal goals.
Dates: October19th, 26th, November 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd.
Cost is $85 for series.
10-class packages also available and can be used if series is not full.
