Wheel Throwing, Saturdays 1 pm to 3.30 pm
This is an introductory class for people who have not used the pottery wheel before and those who have experience. Students will learn centering clay on the wheel and basic throwing techniques. This is the perfect class if you would like to try wheel throwing without committing to a 5-week course.
What you will need:
Hand towel.
Enclosed shoes without heels.
Clothes that are comfortable and ok to get clay on.
Please tie any long hair back.
If you have your own tools you can bring them along but you will have tools provided.
The course costs include clay, glazing, and firing.
