La Boulangerie Française aka The French Bakery is a social enterprise, a non-profit business, dedicated to training vulnerable youth to become highly skilled bakers. Thanks to Soma Saigon's courtesy, we can introduce our high-quality products face-to-face at a pop-up store every Saturday morning so that more customers can support us and our social mission. Besides, our students can also practice their direct sales skills for their future employment and startups.

We sell quality products made by students to cover the cost of training, food, accommodation, and healthcare during their 18-month boarding training at our school in Thủ Đức. We recruit continuously class after class, and always have 20 students in our dorms.
We continue to offer our full range of products online to direct-to-home deliveries of weekly bread baskets.
