Come join us at Saturday Open Gym at Emerge Academy! This event is on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Spend time playing in our 25,000+ square feet facility which includes foam pits, trampolines, and ninja obstacles.Head to https://www.emergedsm.com/events/open-gyms/ or The iClasspro App (name of organization: emergeacademy) to create an account/add students and sign up today! Sign-ups done before Friday, September 27th at 5:00 pm will cost $20. The walk-in cost then increases to $25.
-Saturday open gyms are for kids ages 18 and under.
-Under 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent and are able to use our preschool area.
-Over 6 years old, parents can drop-off or stay and play!
-PARENTS ARE FREE with a paying child!
*Waivers*
-Waivers for walk-ins can be signed in person on the day of the event. These must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
-Waivers can also be filled out by creating an account through our parent portal at www.emergedsm.com.
-Anyone without a valid waiver on file will not be able to participate in the open gym.
-Any parent who will be on the floor will need to have a waiver. Parents can easily do this by adding themselves as a student to their online account.
*No refunds will be given during the week prior to the event. Credit will be applied to your account and can be applied for future open gyms.
*If you have purchased a punch card or Black Friday open gym pass and would like to apply it to open gym, please contact the front desk at [email protected] to get signed up.
