Soundwell Boise is now presenting a Saturday Sound Bath on the 4th Saturday of every month at the convenient Chamber Room at Garden City Library and City Hall, 6015 N Glenwood. Doors at 11:30 a.m. and the event starts at 12 noon, for the Saturday event only. We feature the tranquil tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, bronze gongs, ambient keyboard, steel tongue drums, wood flutes, melodic chimes, and more. Our intent is to help you relax, release stress and tension, and access a state of enhanced wellness. Come be immersed in our peaceful meditative sounds! Please note the 12 noon start for our Saturday shows only, to help you get an early start on your weekend! We've been asked by regular attendees to not allow late entry, so as to not disturb them. If you can't make it by 12 please come earlier next time! Here's the schedule:

Note: There is a large event on Saturday, June 22 at the Expo Center. This will occur again in August during the Fair. We recommend avoiding the intersection of Chinden and Glenwood. Suggest you come from the south by Maple Grove/Garrett to Marigold and approach the Library from the west, or come to Marigold via State from the north.
Bring a blanket or wrap, and a yoga mat and cushion if you wish to lie down. Chairs provided, or you may bring your own folding one. No children or infants please. By donation (you may attend for free). Soundwell Boise co-founder Gordon Rosenberg has been playing crystal bowls and more for meditation and sound bath groups since 1999.
