Saturday Night Social: The Nutcracker Feast

Join us for a flavorful, festive hands-on cooking class where you’ll prepare a delicious three-course menu. Begin with a vibrant Walnut & Roasted Beet Salad, learning how to balance earthy, nutty, and tangy flavors. Next, master the art of making a creamy, comforting Beef Stroganoff served over tender Buttered Egg Noodles. End the evening on a magical note with whimsical Sugar Plum Fairy Cupcakes. Along the way, practice essential skills in roasting, sautéing, sauce-making, and baking.

Skills and Techniques Learned:

• Roasting beets to bring out natural sweetness.

• Building a stroganoff sauce with cream and aromatics.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
