Class Experience
Discover the rich flavors of Indian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class! Students will learn to prepare Palak Paneer, a vibrant spinach and cheese dish, and Dal, a comforting lentil curry with an optional chicken addition. To finish, they’ll create a luscious Cardamom Rice Pudding with Saffron for a fragrant, sweet treat. Along the way, participants will explore essential spices and techniques, making this an unforgettable culinary experience full of bold flavors!
