Learn the art of crafting authentic Chiles Rellenos, stuffed with savory goodness. Dive into the vibrant flavors of Tacos al Pastor, mastering the balance of spicy and sweet marinades. And no fiesta is complete without mastering the art of making crispy, cinnamon-dusted Churros! Guided by skilled chefs, you'll chop, sauté, and sizzle your way to creating these iconic dishes, igniting your passion for Mexican cuisine.

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
