Class Experience
In this hands-on cooking class, students will prepare a festive, flavor-packed meal featuring Sage Apple Stuffed Pork Tenderloin wrapped in smoky bacon and topped with a rich Sherry and Mushroom Demi-Glace. They’ll also make a creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto, perfect for pairing with the savory main dish. Key techniques covered include stuffing and wrapping meats, creating a demi-glace sauce, and mastering risotto, offering students a well-rounded experience in culinary finesse.
