The group combines tight vocal harmonies, the sounds of banjo and mandolin, smooth guitar riffs, and a boomy upright bass to create a fresh and dynamic sound.
Named after the original name of the Grand River, The Willow River Band brings a unique twist to the Canadian music scene. Since their formation in 2021, they have played to enthusiastic crowds across southern Ontario, including a headlining set at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) and a feature performance at the Registry Theatre.
