Join us every Saturday morning at 9:30am with instructor Karen Palmer for an hour long yoga session. Karen has been a certified yoga instructor for over 4 years and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years along with attending over 4600 yoga classes! Cost of the Yoga Class is $25 and includes a beer after the class.
