Modern ŌM is excited to bring a Saturday morning 75 minute yoga class to Coconut at the iconic (and magical) Mayfair House Hotel & Garden.
Envision a perfect Saturday morning practicing yoga with like-minded community before walking to the Coconut Grove Farmer's market or brunch in the neighborhood. What a beautiful morning!
⭐️ Who: Leom has dedicated part of his life to helping others experience a free, expansive, and unencumbered life, by integrating numerous healing modalities such as sound therapy, guided meditation, breath-work, and yoga. His motivation is to raise everyone’s vibration for the healing energy we all carry inside, to come out with all the information necessary for the body to be whole, healed, and well.

? Parking: there is valet parking at Mayfair house, and paid parking in the neighborhood.
