Crystal bowls, energy and sound healing, laughter yoga, and breathing meditation! Based on the Nidra, a deeply relaxing “yogic sleep” where the work is integrated into the nervous system and the body totally relaxes so that the mind can travel as the body rests.
Group co-leaders Cathy Haggerty states that strengthening one’s mind and body connection (going within) also strengthens one’s spiritual connection, and Machai St. Rain loves yoga because “it is the practice of embodying my highest self to the best of my ability, accepting myself exactly as I am here and now. It is a time to inquire as to ‘who am I’ and how I am honoring my own Life”.
All are welcome! No experience is necessary and all skill levels will be accommodated. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and dress in comfy clothes that you can move in.
A $10 love offering is requested for each class, but no one will be turned away. Come and start your weekends with gentle movement, breath work, and relaxation.
