Join Fit & Grit’s certified personal trainer, Coach Matt, Saturday mornings at 830am for a 45 minute fitness class @ Flex Fitness.All fitness levels are welcome and exercise modifications will be demonstrated to match your fitness level.
This is a great beginner level class for people looking to start their fitness adventure or people returning to fitness after spending a little too much time sitting around.
Get ready to feel great and have fun! Just $10 per class! Payment accepted on site.
***Class starts at 830 after that time you may not be able to get in the locked door***
