Hi! We're Kavitha and Kester. We're therapists, an interracial couple, and founders of SACRED Institute, Singapore's first relationship education platform.
We're passionate about building community among growth-minded people. While we enjoy interacting with people on our Instagram or TikTok accounts (@sacredinstitute). We want to meet you all in real life!
Join us for a morning walk at Botanic Gardens. No agenda. Just meaningful conversations about what matters to you and the group.
We're keeping the group small (10 people) so we can actually talk and connect properly.
We'll get some snacks for everyone. Bring along your water bottle, umbrella or hat (in case it gets too hot), and a picnic mat.

About Your Hosts:
Kavitha and Kester Shekar-Tay are an interracial therapist couple and founders of SACRED® Institute, a relationship education platform. With over a decade of experience, they have helped more than 1,000 people transform their relationships and lives. Through SACRED Institute, they teach practical relationship skills suited for today's world and the Singaporean/Asian context. Their approach combines psychological insights with real-world application, making relationship skills accessible and actionable across romantic, family, friendship, and workplace relationships.
