Saturday is our long run (whatever long means to you,) so come out and run with and make new friends. We usually have 8-20 attendees and will run whatever distance you choose, depending on if you are training for a race or if you just want to get some miles in with a great group of people so run what you would like. All paces and distances are welcome, and most of our courses are "out and back." You can run alone or with the group and not be too far away from a friendly face and encouraging words. (There is always the option for breakfast after too!)We will meet at 6:50 to get warmed up for the run. 7:00 we will do introductions and any announcements so we can start the run no later than 7:05. We meet in a parking lot and are usually fairly easy to find.
